as they come. A very forgiving joint of lamb that cant go wrong!|
Simply slow roast @160oc for 3 to 4 hours with plenty of rosemary, garlic bulbs and a bed of shallot & carrot.
Top with a few anchovies, lemon zest and add a splash of white wine ( wine not for flavour, simply acidity to the dish and will cook off so red or white can work)
That's it, really that simple. When ready pull apart and serve
