A great selection of lamb with various sized joints available, any larger pockets of fat removed and joints fully trimmed.

This lamb is as it should be, great tasting and dry hung before butchery commences. 

These are cut from Approx. 20kg lamb and can be butchered to your requirements if specified in the comments box when placing your order. 

Ordering can be a simple process-  if you are unsure what to ask for, simply advise of how many you are likely to feed at one time and we will butcher to suit.
