Breast of lamb comes from the belly of the animal, we have removed the bone & tied into a Swiss roll effect cut of meat, this is an old favourite for slow cooking.

Try something new with this, by slow cooking and cooling in its liquid then slicing into discs and refrying to crisp up any remaining fat.
