All our sausages are made fresh on our premises by hand, using at least 80% lean pork.
For best results we recommend oven baking, although suitable for all other forms of cooking.
As a rule of thumb we would suggest baking at 200°c for 20-25 minutes
Turn sausages half way through cooking and drain any excess liquids.
Only prick sausages after cooking to maintain full flavour and moisture
